Natural Insertion Rubber
This rubber product is made of natural rubber with a white cotton inner liner, giving the product a higher tear strength than ordinary rubber sheeting.  Insertion Rubber is used for a variety of applications including matting, packing, gaskets dust curtains and mud flaps.

Neoprene Rubber
Neoprene Rubber sheet is a preferable choice of rubber sheeting when exposed to the weather.  This product also has a moderate resistance to petroleum based fluids.  Neoprene Rubber sheeting is used for many applications, including gasket making, matting, baffles & bumper strips.  This product is also available as Neoprene Cut Strip, please contact our sales office for bulk purchase pricing.

Chutex Rubber Lining
Chutex Rubber Lining is a highly abrasive natural rubber product.  Traditionally used for lining of chutes in collieries Chutex is the perfect solution when abrasive elements are involved.  Chutex is a soft (35/45 Shore A) but tough red rubber sheeting suitable for temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius.

White Hygienic Natural Rubber Sheet

This natural rubber product is especially designed for the food industry (meeting the requirements of the FDA) and can be used in most applications where a hygienic and non marking rubber are required.  White Hygienic Rubber has a shore A hardness of 45 / 55 with a maximum working temperature of 70 degrees Celsius.

Pure Gum Rubber
Pure Gum Rubber is a rubber similar to that used in most elastic bands.  This very stretchy (950% elongation at brake) and soft (30 / 40 Shore A) rubber is available in a brown colour and is suitable for environments not exceeding 60 degrees Celsius.

Natural Sponge Rubber
Manufactured from Natural Rubber this sponge sheet is suitable for many applications that normal poly-ether or poly-ester sponges (cushion foam) fail in.  This tough open cell sponge is moulded with a fabric finish and external skin and is suitable for operating temperatures up to a maximum of 70 degrees Celsius  

Natural Sponge Trough Rubber
Trough Rubbers are traditionally cut from Natural Sponge Rubber (as above).  Trough rubbers are used as a cushion between concrete feed troughs and their concrete cradles.

Neoprene Sponge Rubber
Closed cell Neoprene Sponge Rubber is both water-tight and whether resistant making this product suitable for many applications.  Neoprene Sponge Rubber is available in sheet form (below) and die cut into gaskets.

NB. As this product is sliced from buns it is also available in the thickness of your specification
